We recently purchased a used rv from them.It had just come in and they still needed to go through it.
Told us it would be a week or two. After financing and insuring it, it took a month before we were able to finally pick it up. It was frustrating to pay a month for something we did not even have yet. We were told of one repair that needed to be done.
We were also told service was backed up and that’s why it was taking longer than usual. We were assured that the unit would be spotless at pick up. At the time of pick up, the saleswoman commented that the delay was due to a back ordered part. Funny that wasn’t the story we initially heard.
Now it’s time to go into the unit. It was far from spotless, but after the extra wait we just wanted to get it out of there. The carpets were dirty, the tanks were not emptied, there was a smell in the unit, and pubic hairs in the shower. Not at all what I would consider clean.
Next came the training.
We would have been better off jumping in it, coming home and pulling up some videos on how to use it.So overall, we were not pleased with the experience, but there were some very friendly and knowledgeable service techs we were chatting with while waiting around.
